Yes! All of our packages are shipped with discretion. Our return address shows our company name, FP, and there are no other identifying logos or marks on the outside of the package.
All our items are made to order and ready to ship within 2-5 business days.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the products you'd like to order. You can simply add whatever you'd like to order to your cart to view shipping costs.
We ship all our products with DHL Express Worldwide. On average it takes from 1-4 business days. Shipping time do not include our production time.
We self-insure all packages under $100, which means if it gets lost, we'll replace it. If your order is valued over $100, we'll insure the package, which means if it gets lost or damaged in transit, we will file a claim, and replace or refund once the claim is processed.

Customs fees are assessed by each country to their citizens who order products from overseas. Customers outside the US are responsible for paying all customs, VAT and brokerage fees assessed by your country. Each country assesses customs fees differently, and we have no way to control or avoid this. For more information on your country's fees, please contact your local postal service.
* Make sure your measuring tape doesn't stretch * Keep the tape level around your body - parallel to the floor * Keep it close to your skin, but don't squish it down or pull it too tight * Measure both wrists, ankles, legs, etc. to ensure accurate measurements. (Sometimes they don't match!) * Our gear is all made to adjust slightly. Neck: Measure around the part of your neck where you want the collar to lay. If you want it tight at the center of your neck, measure it there. If it's a looser style that you want to lay at your collar bone, or lower, measure where the collar will lay across the back of your neck and down to where it will hang. Bust: Measure around the widest part of your breasts, across the line of your nipples. Chest: Measure directly under your breasts/pecs, as high up as possible (where the band of a bra would rest). Waist: Measure at it's narrowest point, usually just above your belly button. Hips: Measure around the widest part of the hipbones/your booty. Our gear is all made to adjust slightly, with the exception of the dainty locking collars. When ordering your gear, give us your actual measurements, and we will make your collar/gear to adjust 1.5"-2" above that. This is important! Knowing where your natural waist is, or measuring at the largest part of your hips, or bust, will be essential when ordering custom made-to-measure harnesses, garters, thigh cuffs, etc. Wrist: Measure the narrowest point of your wrist, where you would like your cuffs or bracelet to sit. Collar to Waist: Measure from where your collar would sit to the narrowest part of your torso, just above the belly button. Thighs: Measure around the fullest part of the upper leg while standing. (See why you need a friend to keep it accurate now?) Ankles: Measure around the base of your ankle, where you would like your cuffs to sit. Knees: Measure just above the knee. Calves: Measure around the fullest part of your calf. Upper Arm: Measure above your elbows, around the fullest part.
If you have a FPlay piece that needs repairs, please contact us with photos and details and we’ll let you know if this is something we can do. If repairs are due to wear and tear, a repair charge may be required.
We sell gift cards in the amount of $ 100, $ 300, $ 500, $ 700. Gift cards are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase. You can print it out yourself, or forward it off to the person you're giving it to.
We do guarantee all of our products for workmanship/manufacturer defects for 1 year. Repairs or replacements in this case will be at our discretion. Repairs needed for wear and tear are not covered by our warranty, and repair charges may be due.
If you realize after you place your order that you made a mistake, error, or typo we’re happy to make that change for you as long as we haven't already started to create your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make changes. If our production time is very short, we might have already made your order before you can correct it, so please double check that your details are perfect before submitting your order.
We do not accept the return of our items because of hygiene reasons.
We've sent you the wrong item. The item is the wrong color. The item is damaged.
The item doesn't fit, or sits on the figure in a different way, as it's shown on photos. Buyer didn't like the item to the touch. Buyer didn't like the thickness of the item. The accessories (trims) are too shiny. Customer ignorance of the types of material which the items are manufactured from.
Please contact us within 24 hours of your order if you wish to cancel. All our products are handmade to order, and we work to get them made as quickly as possible. Once we have started work on your order, we may not be able to cancel it.
